Insurance
Please be advised that all financial estimates we provide are strictly estimates, as we are not guaranteed anything we are told by insurance companies over the phone. There are also many provisions of insurance plans that we may not be aware of. Although we strive to obtain as much information about your insurance as possible, it is ultimately your responsibility to know what your insurance does and does not cover. After we recieve final payment from your insurance, any difference between what was estimated and what was paid will be refunded or billed to you, accordingly.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and cash. A $25 fee applies to all returned checks. We also accept CareCredit®, a trusted financing option offering interest-free payment plans for up to 12 months when you apply before your appointment. Our commitment is to provide exceptional care at fair and transparent rates, based on the usual and customary fees in our area. We will provide you with a monthly statement for your convenience. Most insurance companies process claims within four to six weeks. If your statement does not show the insurance payment within that period, please contact our office for assistance. Any remaining balance after insurance payment becomes the patient’s responsibility, and we kindly appreciate your prompt payment to help us continue providing seamless care.
